Credentials Committee
This committee shall examine the credentials of all delegates and their alternates and of all Elks who are by this constitution authorized to participate in the deliberations of this Association at any of its meetings. It shall consider and pass upon the same and make a report thereon to each meeting of this Association along with any recommendations it may deem proper.
