Laws and Resolutions Committee

Proposed legislation, amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws of this Association, and all proposed resolutions shall be submitted to this committee in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to any Association meeting. The committee shall investigate such proposals and report on them to the Association at the earliest meeting possible with its recommendations. It shall also recommend to each session of this Association such legislation and amendments as may be deemed advisable or desirable. This committee shall originate and submit such resolutions as they may deem proper at all Association meetings.
