Welcome to the Batters Up resource center. Here you will find the items, information and templates needed to run a Batters Up event.
  • Batters Up is a batting challenge for kids ages 5-15 years old.
  • Kids are split into groups by age and gender (e.g. 5-6 years old, 7-8 years old) and compete against other kids in their group
  • Points are awarded based on scores corresponding to the distance of each hit – 5 swings per child

  • Logo for web sites, flyers etc

  • QR Code: QR Code image to be used in your own publications. It points to the Batters Up landing page on the state web site for participants and other interested parties to get more information about the event
Event Templates
  • All the templates: Download a zip file with all the templates, forms, signage etc
  • Competition Rules: Information and rules for who can compete, how to score, tie breaker rules etc.
  • Photography / Video Release Form: Have each parent sign it on behalf of their child allowing you to use any photos or videos taken at the event
  • Sample Online Registration Form: Should a lodge choose to pre-register kids, the registration form could be hosted on the state web site or the lodge could host it on their web site.
